At the Heaton Group, we understand the importance of partnership. This partnership is what drives our success. We work closely with private investors to create a win-win relationship where investors can buy property below market value during the construction phase. This helps investors build up equity in their portfolio, translating to increased profit, and it helps us secure more cost-effective finance from banks. Investors who speak directly with us can secure the best as we are not paying third-party fees. We have acquired several other sites that are currently undergoing planning permission. These should be realised in various stages this year.

Working in partnership with local councils, we target developments in areas earmarked for investment, stimulating the local market and bringing excitement to the area.
